Important Dates:
- Week of September 4th: Registration will go LIVE. Please note: each person planning to attend the meeting must complete their own registration form. Registration Fee is $500 USD. The late Registration Fee is $650 USD, effective after 5:00 PM PT on October 4th, 2023.
- September 18th: Cut Off Date for M3AAWG's negotiated room rate. After September 18th, please contact the hotel directly to determine availability. Rooms in New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge are SOLD OUT.
- September 23rd: Cut off Date to book at the Overflow Hotel - Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown. Details in Hotel Information Page
- October 4th: Registration Closes at 5:00PM PT
M3AAWG - Health and safety requirements for each meeting, including vaccination and masking, will be set according to local government and public health recommendations applicable at the time of the event. M3AAWG may change, update, or add to these requirements at any time as it deems prudent to best protect the health and safety of attendees and others, and attendees must comply with relevant policies and requirements as communicated by M3AAWG. Members planning to attend the meeting can stay current on these requirements on the M3AAWG Health and Safety.
Meeting Registration will open 4-6 weeks prior to meeting, you will receive an email when we open the Registration link. Please note: each person planning to attend the meeting must complete their own registration form. On-Site, in order to pick up your badge and gain access to the M3AAWG meeting space, all registered M3AAWG attendees must show proof of identification to pick up their M3AAWG badge. A government issued identification card, with photo and same name registration name must be presented at the registration desk. If you are unable to provide identification you will not be granted access to the M3AAWG meeting.
