65th General Meeting
M3AAWG meetings, which are open to members and the occasional vetted guest only, are multiple-track events held three times a year and generally attended by 400 to 600 participants. Leading industry experts, researchers and public policy officials address such diverse topics as bot mitigation practices, social networking abuse and pending legislation. Each three-day meeting is an exceptional opportunity to discuss the latest in messaging security with other professionals in a focused environment of working sessions and educational panels. M3AAWG reserves the right to refuse any meeting registration from a member or non-member at its discretion.
Important Dates:
- Week of August 18th: Registration goes LIVE. Early registration fee is $600 USD
- Week of August 18th: Draft Agenda goes LIVE
- September 19th : Hotel Cut Off Date. The M3AAWG negotiated room rate is guaranteed until September 19th or until group block has been fulfilled. After Setptember 19th, rooms would be available until the group block has been fulfilled, please contact the hotel directly to determine availability.
- October 8th : Registration Fee Increase The late Registration Fee is $750 USD, effective after 5:00 PM PT on October 8th.
M3AAWG - Health and safety requirements for each meeting, including vaccination and masking, will be set according to local government and public health recommendations applicable at the time of the event. M3AAWG may change, update, or add to these requirements at any time as it deems prudent to best protect the health and safety of attendees and others, and attendees must comply with relevant policies and requirements as communicated by M3AAWG. Members planning to attend the meeting can stay current on these requirements on the M3AAWG Health and Safety.
Meeting Registration will open 4-6 weeks prior to meeting, you will receive an email when we open the Registration link. Please note: each person planning to attend the meeting must complete their own registration form. On-Site, in order to pick up your badge and gain access to the M3AAWG meeting space, all registered M3AAWG attendees must show proof of identification to pick up their M3AAWG badge. A government issued identification card, with photo and same name registration name must be presented at the registration desk. If you are unable to provide identification you will not be granted access to the M3AAWG meeting.
