M3AAWG Night Out Information
M3AAWG Night Out is a social event held on Wednesday evening of the meeting week for a few hours at a popular local venue to enjoy networking, food, beverages and fun.

At all venues, your personal belongings are subject to search, backpacks are discouraged.
First and Foremost
All attendees are reminded of the /conduct-policy Your guests are also expected to adhear to a civil demeanor and treat all attendees with respect.
Please see the designated "M3AAWG Staff" table if you have any issues during the event.
You MUST have your M3AAWG badge (and/or guest pass) for transportation and to enter the venue. If you do not have your badge (and/or guest pass) you will not be allowed into the event.
Who can attend?
M3AAWG Members who are registered and attending the meeting and 1 paid guest. If you would like to bring more than one guest you need to contact registration@M3AAWG.org a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event. The additional guests will be at the actual cost per person to attend.
If you will be bringing a plus one, you will need to provide their name and your guest will need to provide a photo ID for entrance to M3AAWG Night Out. If your guest changes, please email registration@M3AAWG.org with new guest name.
We recommend all attendees be over the age of 18, some venues require attendees to be 21 years of age. If you want to bring a guest under 12 years of age you need permission from the Executive Director.
You must sign up during the Meeting Registration process to attend. If you missed this, please email registration@M3AAWG.org 24 hours prior to the Night Out.
Transportation
M3AAWG discourages attendees from driving to the Night Out event. We prefer those attending the Night Out to ride the buses provided by M3AAWG, when available. If you do not chose to ride the bus provided we encourage public transportation, Uber or taxis to and from the venue and hotel.
If the venue is walking distance to/from the M3AAWG meeting hotel and you need assistance, please sign up by emailing support@M3AAWG.org or sign up at the Registration Desk by Noon on Wednesday. Staff is happy to coordinate transportation for you.
Do not walk to/from the venue alone, we encourage you to walk with a group.
