M3AAWG SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
56th General Meeting - Brooklyn, New York - October 10 - 13, 2022

Please fill out the Sponsorship Commitment Form 

Upon approval of your sponsorship, an invoice will be sent.
Payment arrangements need to be made prior to the event. 

 

M3AAWG Night Out Sponsor $40,000 (4 Per Meeting $10,000 each)

 

M3AAWG Night Out in Brooklyn, 2022 will be on Wednesday, October 13, 2022

Social event on Wednesday night for all M3AAWG attendees.  Provide food, drinks and entertainment for THE social gathering of the week.

  • Logo in the Chair’s Opening
  • Logo on signage by Registration desk Monday – Thursday
  • Logo on signage the evening of the Night Out.
  • Your logo will appear on the cover of the print agenda (Sponsor must provide logo in high-resolution EPS format)
  • 2 Social media posts thanking you for your sponsorship on Wednesday, the day of the the M3AAWG Night Out. (2 post ea. on LI, FB and Twitter).
  • Sponsor listed on schedule

Overall Meeting Sponsor $10,000 

Your company is recognized as an overall meeting sponsor from Tuesday - Thursday.  Your sign will be placed in high traffic area in the meeting space to show your company is a M3AAWG partner and member.

Sponsorship includes:

  • 2 Meeting attendee passes
  • 1 sign in the meeting space Tues-Thurs (see Sign Specs)
  • Your logo will appear on the cover of the print agenda (Sponsor must provide logo in high-resolution EPS format)
  • Social media post thanking you for your sponsorship; one on each day . (1 post on LI, FB and Twitter)
  • Virtual Lobby recognition

Name Tag Insert $10,000 (1 per meeting)

Have your company name appear on the name badge for each attendee. The badges are worn during the entire meeting.

  • Sponsor must provide logo in high resolution EPS format no later than TBD

Wireless Sponsor $5,000 (1 per meeting)

Who doesn’t need internet access during the meeting? Your company's name and logo will be seen by everyone every day by each device they use to access the internet while in the meeting space.  

Sponsorship includes;

  • 2 Meeting attendee passes
  • 1 sign in the meeting space Mon - Thur (see Sign Specs below)
  • Your logo will appear on the cover of the print agenda (Sponsor must provide logo in high resolution EPS format)
  

Hotel Card Key Sponsorship - $5000 Plus the cost of materials/fees (1 per meeting)

Increase your visibility by branding the hotel keycard that attendee hotel guests will using countless times to enter and exit their hotel room. Get placement right in their hands, from the time they check in to the time they leave.

Sponsorship includes;

  • 2 Meeting attendee passes
  • Your logo will appear on the cover of the print agenda (Sponsor must provide logo in high resolution EPS format)
  

Gobo Logo Projection $3,500 (1 per meeting)

Your company logo projected in a prominent location in the meeting space Tuesday through end of day Thursday.

Inclusion Pin $3,000 (1 per meeting)

What to See and Do In New York $1,000 (1 per meeting - Monday)

The tourist sessions have become very popular over the years. These sessions are on Monday and open to all attendees and their guests.  M3AAWG coordinates for someone to come in and talk about the local city and area our meeting is in.

  

Lunch Sponsor $1,500 (One each day for Tue, Wed and Thur)

Everyone is ready for a break! Time to catch up with co-workers or M3AAWG friends. Be recognized via signage as a M3AAWG partner during the 60 minute lunch break.

Sponsorship includes;

  • 1 Meeting attendee pass
  • 1 sign in the lunch area during your event (see Sign Specs below)

Virtual Hall Sponsor $2,500 USD per day
(Available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  Multiple sponsorships available each day)

 Sponsorship includes:

  • Your name is recognized as sponsor of the Virtual Hall. 
  • One designated table in the virtual hall for the sponsored meeting day with name/logo.
  • Sponsorship Broadcast Notifications to all attendees in Airmeet
  

Sponsor “add on” option $750 - an Engagement Series session

  

Sign Specs

  • All signage is created by sponsor and shipping of signs to the meeting is the responsibility of the sponsor. M3AAWG will provide you with specific ship to address information. Please contact Dina Tassell at sponsorship@m3aawg.org
  • Forward any shipping details to sponsorship@m3aawg.org (number of pkgs/tracking info, etc.) so we can ensure packages are delivered to the M3AAWG office at the hotel.
  • Signs should be 3ft x 2ft Foam Core Poster board to sit on an easel or a self-standing banner
  • Wording should be “M3AAWG 56th Meeting (i.e. Lunch) Sponsored by (ABC Company)” with your member company name/ logo)

​Prize Drawing or Giveaways

  • Holding a prize drawing or having items for a giveaway is completely optional to the sponsor.  If you choose to do one of these;
  • One drawing and one gift per event.  
  • All items to be provided by sponsor.
  • Giveaways and gifts must be available onsite at the meeting 
  • If you choose to provide t-shirts as your company giveaway, please be sure to include women’s sizes to ensure all members are supported.
