Reservations
The M3AAWG negotiated room rate is guaranteed until September 30th or until the group block has been fulfilled. After September 30th 2026, or once the group block has been fulfilled, please contact the hotel directly to determine availability.
A deposit of one night or guaranteed with a major credit card may be required at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Before September 30th, no cancellation fee will occur for partial or full cancellation.
Room Reservation Cancellations between September 30th to the arrival date, the deposit will be kept in case of partial or full cancellation, city tax will be refunded.
In case of a reservation no-show, the full stay will be charged.
