Accordions are ideal for creating expandable sections that reveal additional information when clicked or tapped, providing an interactive and engaging experience for website visitors. Additionally, you can present information in the format of questions and answers, item lists, or any content that can be logically and compactly grouped.
For each accordion group you can configure:
- Title for the accordion group
- If the title should be displayed in the page or not
- An introduction text
- The color for the accordion items titles
- The width of the component as a percentage of the total width available for the component
- The placement (top of page, bottom of page, inline, inside a simple content region, etc.)
Each Accordion Item allows the following configuration:
- Title of the item (required)
- Body (the text displayed when item is expanded)

To do this is very simple:
- Add a Simple Content component.
- Create two or more items, with one of them being of type 'Region.'
- For this Region item, set the ID to 'internal-placement-1.'
- Add an Accordion element as usual.
- In the Target Placement configuration of the Accordion, choose the destination 'Internal Placement 1.
