Moderator Adam Panagia, AT&T, will lead a panel in a discussion of what the impact of COVID-19 truly is/was for fraud. With the hypothesized decrease in fraudulent activity across networks during Stay in Place protocol was there an actual positive impact for the telecommunications industry in regards to fraud loss? Was there an increased impact to consumers due to scams? This will be an interactive session with industry thought leaders to discuss their thoughts around how COVID-19 has impacted fraud and risk management throughout the industry.
This is CFCA and M3AAWG joint session, as part of our strategic partnership. This will be a live session for both CFCA's Summer of Education and M3AAWG's 49th General Meeting. This session will be hosted by CFCA.
