In consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in the M3AAWG General Meeting, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, by attending this M3AAWG General Meeting, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the event and any related activities, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, illness, exposure to communicable diseases, property damage, or other loss.
I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless the Messaging, Malware and Mobile Anti-Abuse Working Group (M3AAWG), its Board of Directors, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, agents, and volunteers, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my attendance at or participation in the event or any associated activities, including but not limited to off-site events, sponsor-hosted functions, and organized social events such as M3AAWG Night Out (MNO), whether or not such activities are directly controlled or operated by M3AAWG, including claims arising from alleged negligence of the released parties, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own conduct and personal property during the event and any related activities.
