Advance your career, increase your earning potential and be a hero in your organization. And you can earn an IAPP certification that validates your knowledge in data privacy—making you a key asset in any organization.

To best protect end-users, every person on a company’s team must have the knowledge to make informed decisions about cybersecurity. That is why we are partnering with the International Association of Privacy Professionals to offer training applicable toward globally-recognized certifications with special discounted rates on courses offered at M3AAWG meetings.

Our first offering is the IAPP's Principles of Privacy in Technology course leading to the Certified Information Privacy Technologist credential that shows you have the knowledge to build your organization’s technology privacy structures from the ground up. With regulators worldwide calling for businesses to factor data privacy into their products and services, the need for privacy-trained IT professionals has never been stronger. CIPT is the first and only certification of its kind worldwide and covers securing data privacy at all stages of the software development lifecycle, from inception to full production.

The full-day, ANSI-certified course at the upcoming M3AAWG meeting will feature expert instruction on this evolving and complicated field at almost a third off the normal IAPP cost for M3AAWG members and a special $200 discount for non-members.  The knowledge you gain will be a valuable asset to both you and your company.  Today every organization is just one data breach away from catastrophe and, even if you are not interested in certification, you need to be informed on the latest protection techniques and implementation standards.
